Can I prevent students from submitting assessments without permission? Follow
Once Literably goes live for your district/school, there is currently not a way to block students from logging into Literably. However, if your students are submitting assessments from home or without being prompted to do so, there are a few options you can explore:
1) Your district/school can opt to turn on a setting to restrict student logins to "school hours" (details here). If you would like to turn this on, please ask the point of contact for Literably at your district/school to reach out to support@literably.com.
2) If your district uses Clever, your district's Clever manager can potentially hide the Literably app from students' Clever portal in between assessment rounds. Clever provides these instructions for doing this. Clever district admins could also temporarily disable Clever logins by following these instructions.
3) If a student took an assessment without permission, and the assessment was graded, you can contact us to have the assessment deleted.
