Literably's Safelist (sometimes referred to as a Whitelist)

We have a safelist and we encourage all Literably partners to safelist the below information before their students start assessing on Literably. 

• Literably maintains a safelist at https://literably-files.s3.amazonaws.com/literably_urls.txt
• If your school or district uses iboss for filtering, we recommend contacting iboss support ([phone] X3) for guidance on how best to safelist Literably. It may be necessary to set up Proxy PAC bypass rules for the URLs on Literably’s safelist.
• For analytics purposes, we use Amplitude. Safelisting Amplitude will be helpful for offering support to users. A safelist is available for Amplitude at https://amplitude.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024419152-Whitelisting-IP-Address-Domains-for-Firewall-Egress. 

Note: If you see an asterisk (*) in a URL that you want to safelist, please note that the asterisk serves as a type of "wildcard". Any word or words are allowable following an asterisk in the URL.

Thus, if you need to safelist a URL that has an asterisk, please make sure that you are safelisting the URL appropriately such that all URLs with a certain "suffix" or "prefix" (e.g., literably-audio.s3.amazonaws.com) will be safelisted.

Note about ClassLink and Chromebooks: If you experience a message such as "...Blocked: Your institution's admin needs to review my Heggerty" then please use these directions to configure access for myHeggerty in the Google Admin Console.
