On iPads, teachers can access their teacher dashboard at literably.com/login from Mobile (iOS) Safari or Chrome. Students should use the Literably iPad app to assess on iPads, although assessments can also be accessed using Mobile Safari or Chrome.
Enabling Autoplay in Desktop Safari
When taking a foundational skills assessment (Phonics, PA, Vocabulary, RAN, Spelling) on a computer using the Safari browser, you may need to give Literably permission to auto-play media.
How do I enable auto-play?
Literably should prompt you to enable auto-play with the message below if it detects that permission hasn’t been granted. You should only need to give Literably permission once.
When you log into Literably as a student and see the above message, click on Safari in the menu bar, and click on Settings or Preferences (depending on the version of Safari you have).
In the pop-up window, under Websites > Auto-Play, change the dropdown selection for literably.com to “Allow All Auto-Play.”
Then, close the pop-up window and refresh the Safari page. You will be able to proceed with the assessment in Literably.
