- Data exports can be pulled containing data from the preceding 48 months (4 years).
Summary
The curriculum accuracy and skill performance reports are available with subscriptions that include the "Curriculum" dashboard. The "Curriculum" dashboard has a "Skills View" and an "Assessment View"; both views can be exported as a CSV to your email.
Curriculum Skill Performance
The curriculum skill performance report tells you how students performed on skills aligned to your curriculum (see pink highlight below). The "Skills View" of the curriculum dashboard can be exported with the "Curriculum Skill Performance" data export.

Curriculum Accuracy
The curriculum accuracy report tells you how students performed overall on curriculum-aligned assessments (see pink highlight below). The "Assessment View" of the curriculum dashboard can be exported with the "Curriculum Accuracy" data export.

Directions
1. Click on the "Reports" tab at the top of your dashboard.

2. Under "Curriculum-Aligned Assessments", click the "Curriculum Skill Performance" or "Curriculum Accuracy" button.

"<curriculum>" yields a full list of skills for all curriculum-aligned assessments for the particular curriculum(s) selected (e.g. Heggerty).
4. Use the "Scope" dropdown to select the scope of the export depending on your role in Literably (district, school, or teacher).

- Teachers can export at the class level. The export will only contains results for students who are currently rostered under the teacher.
Note for Curriculum Accuracy Exports: The "Format", "Choose Language(s)" and "Select date range" drop downs are only applicable for the curriculum accuracy export. Please skip to Step 5 if you are making a curriculum skill performance data export.

Use the "Format" dropdown to choose either "One Row Per Assessment" or "One Row Per Student".
-
"One Row Per Assessment" yields a full list of all graded, curriculum-aligned assessments completed within the start and end date.
-
"One Row Per Student" yields ONLY the most recently graded, curriculum-aligned assessment for each unique student within the start and end date. Assessments that are not aligned to your curriculum should not appear in the curriculum accuracy export that will be sent to your email.
|
5. Select "Export" and you should see a green message at the top of your dashboard indicating "Your data export will be emailed to you..." (see image below).

You should receive an email with a link to download the data export as a CSV file (depending on the size of the file, this may take up to 24 hours):

Points Achieved |
The total number of correctly answered questions within the assessment. |
Raw Score |
The percentage of correctly answered questions in an assessment. It is calculated by dividing the total number of points achieved by the total points possible (adjusted for any unscorable questions). |
