Column Title | Description |
Student ID | The date and time of the assessment |
Student Number |
The student's number, as listed in Clever. |
Student First Name | The student's first name associated with the assessment. |
Student Last Name | The student's last name associated with the assessment. |
Current Grade | The current grade level of the student. |
Grade When Assessed | The grade level of the student at the time of the assessment. |
Teacher |
The teacher associated with the assessment. If a student is associated with multiple teachers in Clever, Literably will associate the student with the teacher who has the highest Literably ID number (which is somewhat arbitrary) for all assessments prior to November 22, 2021. If a student is associated with one primary teacher and one section (but perhaps multiple co-teachers) in Clever, Literably will associate the student with the primary teacher for all assessments taken after November 22, 2021. |
Test Name | The title of the assessment (e.g., Phonics 2nd Grade Form 1) |
Test Date | The date and time of the assessment |
Test Language | The language of the assessment (e.g., English, Spanish) |
Link to Test on Literably | A link to the student's graded assessment page |
Points Possible |
The total number of possible points the student could have scored. For each question marked as "unscorable" by our graders, the "Points Possible" will decrease. For example, if an assessment had 40 questions, and one of those questions was unscorable due to a microphone issue on the device, the "Points Possible" would be 39. |
Points Achieved | The total number of correctly answered questions within the assessment. |
Raw Score | The percentage of correctly answered questions in an assessment. It is calculated by dividing the total number of points achieved by the total points possible (adjusted for any unscorable questions). |
