Exporting Comprehension Data from My Dashboard Follow

Directions
1. Click on "Reports" at the top of your dashboard:
2. Click "View report" underneath "Comprehension Tracker" to view a table that reports your students' comprehension data from fluency and comprehension assessments.
3. Click the "Export" button on the right-hand side of the "Comprehension Tracker" (see red arrow).
4. Click the "Data Included" dropdown to export comprehension data from all assessments (i.e. fluency, comprehension), fluency, or comprehension.
5. Click "Export" and you will see a green message appear at the top of the dashboard confirming "your export will be emailed to you". The CSV of the data export should be emailed to you shortly.
You should receive an email with a link to download the data export as a CSV file (depending on the size of the file, this may take several hours):
6. To download the file, click the blue link (https://literably-data...) in your email (see example email above), and the CSV file will be saved to your computer. If Safari is your default browser, you can download the file by:
- Copying and pasting the link into a Chrome browser, or
- Right-clicking the link and selecting “Download Link File As…"
To open the file from your computer, right-click it and select “Open With,” then “Microsoft Excel”:
Column Descriptions
School(s) | Name of the school(s) associated with the student |
Teacher Name(s) | The teacher(s) associated with the assessment |
Course Link(s) | The course(s) direct link associated with the assessment. This link will take you to the dashboard where the student is rostered. |
Class(es) | The class' name associated with the assessment (e.g., Clever section name). |
Student ID | The student's school or district ID (assigned by the school or district). If you are using Clever, this is the student's SIS_ID. |
Student Number | The student's number, as listed in Clever. |
Student First Name |
The student's first name associated with the assessment. |
Student Last Name |
The student's last name associated with the assessment. |
Student Grade | The current grade level of the student |
**CCSS** Detail (CCRA.R.1) |
The percentage representing the proportion of questions students answered correctly, out of all of the questions of that standard they have seen, across all the fluency and/or comprehension assessments they have taken in the current school year. Note: The "average" row displays this percentage for the data export's scope (i.e., district, school, or class). |
