Tracking Assessment Completion in my District/School Follow
Overview
District and school admins can download "completion reports," which help track how teachers and students are using Literably throughout the school year.
Directions
1. Click on "Reports" at the top of your dashboard:
2. Under "Completion Report" at the bottom of the page, click on "Assessment Window Completion":
3. Select a school- or teacher-level report:
- District admins can run school and teacher completion reports.
- School admins can run teacher completion reports.
A completion report may sometimes take a few minutes to generate. If that's the case, we will send you an email when it is complete.
Report Details
School-level completion reports include the following columns:
With this report, you can track assessment completion rates by grade level at each school in your district. You can also use the completion report to determine which teacher dashboards you'd like to look at more closely.
- Assessment Window: these windows can be set by a district admin at your district. More information here. Your district may also use Literably's default assessment windows (listed below).
- School: each school with rostered students will be listed. District admins can view all schools and school admins can only view the schools they have access to.
- Grade: each grade that has rostered students on Literably will be listed.
- Assessed: The total number of students who have taken at least one graded assessment within a particular assessment window.
- Reassess Recommended: the total number of students that Literably is recommending for reassessment (more details here) within a particular assessment window at the time of the completion report download.
- Total: The total number of students rostered on Literably at the associated school and grade within a particular assessment window.
- Percent Assessed: The "Assessed" column divided by the "Total" column gives you the percentage of rostered students who took at least one graded assessment during a particular assessment window.
- Percent Needs to Reassess: The percentage of students that Literably is recommending for reassessment but who have yet not taken another assessment during a particular assessment window at the time of the completion report download.
Teacher-level completion reports include the following columns:
Among other things, you can use this report to see what percent of students have completed at least one oral reading fluency (ORF) Literably assessment in your first assessment window/round. This report allows you to see these assessment completion rates broken down by teacher and includes teachers' emails (column E) in case you want to follow up with them to provide additional support.
Note: If students are associated with multiple teachers when your school/district rosters, those students may be "double-counted" in this report.
- Window: these windows can be set by a district admin at your district. More information here. Your district may also use Literably's default assessment windows (listed below).
- School: each school with rostered students will be listed. District admins can view all schools and school admins can only view the schools they have access to.
