Types of Data Exports

Overview

In addition to your dashboard, you can access literacy data through data exports. Each type of export is introduced below, with Help Center articles on how to export and interpret the data.  Descriptions of each report are available at the bottom of this article. 

Some reports are only available to certain accounts and/or subscriptions.  For example:

• Only school and district admins will see the "Completion Report" section.  
• Only a district admin with a subscription to the "Curriculum" dashboard will see a “Curriculum Completion” report.  
• If you do not have a subscription to the “Curriculum” dashboard, then the “Curriculum Accuracy” and “Curriculum Skill Performance” will not be available to teachers or admins.
• If you do not have access to a non-fluency assessment (e.g. spelling), then that export will not be available to teachers or admins.

Directions

To export data in CSV format, click on the "Reports" tab at the top of your dashboard.

There are four types of data exports you can create from the “Reports” tab:

1.) Curriculum-Aligned Assessments exports for student performance on skills and overall assessment accuracy that are aligned to your curriculum (e.g., Heggerty)

Report Descriptions

Report	Description
Curriculum Skill Performance	The report mirrors what is seen in the "Skills View" of the Curriculum tab of the dashboard. It provides a breakdown of how students performed on curriculum aligned assessments.
Curriculum Accuracy	The report mirrors what is seen on the "Assessment View" of the Curriculum tab of the dashboard. It shows student accuracy scores on all curriculum aligned assessments.
Comprehension Tracker	The report provides student performance on questions tied to comprehension standards from fluency and/or comprehension assessments.
Data Export (Fluency, Phonological Awareness, Phonics, Spelling, RAN, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension)	The report takes assessment data from all assessments and assessment types.
Assessment Windows Completion Report	The report allows administrators to track completion on Fluency assessments during a set time period.
Curriculum Completion	The report provides information on the status (Assigned, Graded, Ungraded, Submitted) of all curriculum-aligned assessments.
