How can I prevent students from taking Literably assessments in between assessment rounds? Follow
Once Literably goes live for a school/district, there is currently not a way to prevent students from accessing Literably.
On a school/district level, there are a couple of options to consider (which would apply to all students):
- Your school/district contact for Literably can request that we turn on a setting to restrict assessments to "school hours" (more details here).
- If your district uses Clever, your district IT can potentially hide the Literably app in students' Clever portals in between assessment rounds (more details here).
We can also delete any graded assessments that you feel may not be valid because they were completed without prompting from the teacher.
