Customizable "Launch letter" to send to staff before using Literably Follow
Overview: below is a "launch letter" email template that you can send to your staff right before they start using Literably. This letter can include helpful information about how to log into Literably for the first time and who to reach out to if questions arise. Please customize the letter to best fit your needs.
Launch Letter:
Hi everyone,
I'm excited to announce that starting on [insert date] we will begin using a new tool called Literably to help assess our students' reading levels. Literably is an online literacy assessment system that allows your students to take reading assessments from home via a desktop, laptop, or iPad. Literably's trained graders then grade each of your student's assessments and get the results back to you within 24 hours (results are delivered to you via email and updated on your Literably teacher dashboard). If possible, I'm asking that all teachers complete their first round of Literably assessments by [insert date].
How do you log into Literably?
- If you are a teacher or admin, you will log into Literably via:
- [insert login method and relevant information about password and usernames]
